'Troopers' take pride in community

Lake Mary Troopers 4-H Club participated in a community pride project at Nordic Meadow Apartments complex, for young adults with disabilities, in Alexandria in May. The 4-H club members planted vegetables and flowers around the grounds of the apartment building. In addition, the members made and painted bluebird and wood duck houses, which they put up around the property. The 4-H members are pictured with one of the bluebird houses that they made.
