Todd County fire ruled arson; reward offered
A suspicious house fire that happened in Todd County on November 21 has now been determined to be arson.
The Todd County Sheriff's Office responded to the fire at a vacant house at 27302 County Road 16 at 11:17 p.m.
The Browerville Fire Department, along with help from the Clarissa Fire Department, extinguished the blaze.
The State Fire Marshall's Office conducted an investigation and determined the fire was deliberately set.
A reward of up to $2,500 is being offered for information that leads to the identification of the persons responsible for the fire. It is being offered through the Minnesota Arson Rewards Project.
