Time to pass a new farm bill

What was once a symbol of bi-partisanship and legislation that connected farmers in rural America with consumers in the big city has devolved into yet another political mess in Washington.
Farmers have been trying to get a farm bill passed for more than two years now, and have run into partisan roadblock after partisan roadblock at every turn.
