Students fill shoe boxes for children

Students at New Testament Christian School in Alexandria filled 28 shoe boxes for needy children through Operation Christmas Child. Elementary students from New Testament Christian School (NTCS) in Alexandria recently filled 28 shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Child. The boxes will be delivered to children in Madagascar, India or Tanzania.

The students who participated included Landyn Thang, Avery Lenz, Will Weibye, A.J. Cottington, Ashley Larson, Ayla Larson and Rylee Terhark. Volunteer Raessa Winkels and teacher Jennifer Holmquist also helped.

Each box contains toys, school supplies, candy and personal hygiene items for a child in need. The students also collected more than $120 in cash donations.

Every month, NTCS students pray for and support a different outreach.
