Their directors are Greg DeGier and Rhonda Blaser

Feiler and Blaser were selected from more than 300 students who auditioned this winter for a position in the group.

Participants will work with some of the finest music educators in the state as their section coaches. The band will be conducted by Dr. Wendy Barden.

The students will rehearse on Saturday, April 26 and will then perform a concert on Sunday, April 27 at 2 p.m. in the auditorium of Edina High School.

The Honor Band program is an ongoing project of MBDA, a professional organization of band directors representing band programs of all grade levels from throughout Minnesota.
