Stoddard and Wood to entertain at Evansville Art Center

The Evansville Arts Coalition (EAC) invites the public to attend a free concert by David Stoddard and Beth Wood on Thursday, July 17 at 7 p.m. at the Evansville Art Center. Attendees are encouraged to bring a treat to share.

This concert is EAC’s way of saying “thank you” for everyone’s continued attendance and support.

A traveler of North America, Stoddard is a lyricist, songwriter, performer and teacher for more than 40 years.

Wood is a modern-day troubadour and believer in the power of song. She is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, poet and guitarist.

She describes her music as “soulful, organic, free-range, barefoot music delivered through a high-energy communicator of joy.” Her new album is entitled Sometimes Love.

This activity is supported by a grant from the Lake Region Arts Council through a Minnesota State Legislative appropriation.
