Jon Stepan used a front row starting spot in order to capture the 2013 Kluver Memorial WISSOTA Super Stock feature on a hot and windy evening at the Viking Speedway.

Other drivers who found their way to victory lane included Dusty Bitzan in the WISSOTA Midwest Modifieds, Adam Burrows in the WISSOTA Street Stocks, and Josh Thoennes in the WISSOTA Modifieds.

In non-WISSOTA action, Lee Grosz picked up the UMSS Sprint Car win and Lee Kramer wrapped up the 2013 Viking Pure Stock points title with a feature win.

With all the heat race action in the books, Zach Hintermeister and Haley Lee led the WISSOTA Midwest modified feature to green.

Lee, who is a rookie in the class, led Saurer over the course of the first five laps, and the caution came back out for debris in turn two. Lee once again led the field to the green and, as the leaders entered turn two, Lee's number 50 car spun to the inside of the track. Officials determined that Saurer made contact with Lee and he was sent to the tail of the field.

On the drop of the green, Dusty Bitzan looked to the inside of Lee and completed the pass entering the back chute. Bitzan brought Jason Hoffman and Jamie Thorstad with him and the top three cars broke away from the field.

The final caution gave Thorstad and Hoffman one last shot at Bitzan, but Dusty proved to be too strong and he picked up the win.

Next up was the WISSOTA Street Stock feature, and pole sitter Jake Huston paced the field to the green.

Outside pole sitter Durand Peterson wasted no time jumping to the high side and racing to the lead with Justin Tammen, Justin Vogel and Adam Burrows in a tight battle for the second spot.

Veteran Brett Miller also joined the party up front and the five cars continued to swap spots lap after lap, while Peterson continued to lead. The lone caution of the event came out on lap five for an incident involving Miller and Tammen, which saw Tammen sent to the rear for causing the caution.

Peterson led the pack back to the green and this time Burrows worked to the inside of him and completed the pass. Once out front, Burrows checked out on the field and added to his track point lead with the win.

A total of 12 WISSOTA Super Stocks lined up for the Kluver Memorial feature event, led by Trevor Saurer and Jon Stepan.

With the green flag out, Stepan jumped to the lead over Saurer and raced ahead to a comfortable lead, while Saurer looked for a different line around the high banked track. Back in traffic, Jeff Crouse and Cory Tammen were on the move. Crouse worked his way into the number three spot with 13 laps remaining and raced his way up to challenge Saurer. Three laps later, Crouse went to the inside of Saurer and completed the pass as the cars exited turn two. Crouse quickly worked his way up to challenge Stepan for the lead, while Saurer now had Tammen on his back bumper in the battle for the number three spot.

With three laps remaining, Crouse made a move to the low side of turn one and lost the bite on his machine, bringing out the lone caution of the event.

With the green back out, Stepan continued to hit his marks over the final three laps to capture the win.

The fourth feature of the night belonged to the UMSS Sprint Cars.

Rick Kobs and Thomas Kennedy led the 20-car field to the green, and at the drop of the green, Kennedy moved to the lead over Kobs.

Kennedy went on to lead the first two laps, only to see Kobs fight back by on the top side of the speedway, and take over the lead on lap three. Kobs broke out to a nice lead and Kennedy was quickly joined by Lee Grosz in the battle for second. Grosz made quick work of Kennedy, as he almost slipped over the banking on two occasions, and Grosz raced up to challenge Kobs for the lead.

On lap eight, Grosz pulled even with Kobs on the back stretch and completed the pass for the lead in turn three. From there Grosz would break away from the pack and raced to the $1,000 win ahead of Kobs.

Craig Gardner and Brock Volker paced the eight-car Viking Pure Stock to the green.

Gardner quickly moved to the lead while Lee Kramer worked his way into the second spot. Kramer was locked in a nice battle with Morris driver Eric Riley until Riley spun in turn four with six laps remaining. With the green back out, Kramer was joined by Travis Kunz and the duo set off to chase down Gardner.

As the laps ticked down, Kunz and Kramer were side by side nearly the whole way around the speedway and on the final lap, the leaders entered turn four in a dead heat. Kunz went to the bottom and Kramer to the top and the drivers would have contact exiting the turn, which almost sent both drivers spinning, but in the end Kramer would go on to the win.

Brett Hoium and Danny Bayer led the 13 car WISSOTA Modified feature to the green and Bayer jumped to the early lead with Josh Thoennes settling into the second spot.

Four laps into the feature, Thoennes looked to the inside of Bayer in turn two and completed the pass down the back chute, while Bayer settled into second. The first caution of the event would fly on lap eight for Jake Wildman who went off the banking in turn two.

Thoennes once again blasted to the lead ahead of Bayer and Brandon Aggen, while Jason Thoennes and Cody Skytland battled for the fourth spot. Skytland would move around Thoennes on lap 10 and set his sights on Josh as the laps continued to tick down.

The final caution of the event would fly with seven laps remaining, when Aggen suffered mechanical issues on the back stretch. This put Skytland and Bayer on Josh's back bumper for the final restart of the event. Thoennes bolted to the lead, while Skytland looked to the low side of the track. Thoennes held on for the victory, Skytland was second, Hoium third, Jason Thoennes fourth and Brady Gerdes was fifth.
