Steinbring Motorcoach earns awards

Newmar representatives John Sammut, vice president of sales, and Dick Parks, chairman and CEO, visited Steinbring Motorcoach in Garfield on April 11 to present the Mahlon Miller Service Excellence Award and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) Award.

The CSI Award was presented to Steinbring Motorcoach for scoring in a pre-determined percentile based on results from customer surveys. Steinbring Motorcoach earned it by providing excellent customer service to Newmar customers receiving warranty work.

Steinbring Motorcoach also earned the Mahlon Miller Service Excellence Award. Miller is the founder of Nappanee, Indiana-based Newmar. The award recognizes dealerships that most embody the spirit of customer service. In the 14-year history of the award, Steinbring Motorcoach’s score of 99.6 percent is the highest ever recorded.

Steinbring Motorcoach was also presented with the Newmar Coach Delivery Excellence Award for 2013, the first year for the award, at the annual dealer meeting in Dallas, Texas.
