Kashmark was 12th in the high jump, and added a second place in the triple jump and a ninth in the long jump. Teammate Kyle Toms was 16th in the 3,200-meter run as well.

Senior Beau Kashmark was responsible for all 11 points earned by the West Central Area boys' track and field team at the State Class A meet over the weekend as she finished as runner-up in the triple jump and ninth in the long jump.

Kashmark had a jump of 43' 9.75" in the triple jump, just 1.25" behind the winning jump belonging to Caleb Hamp-Sill of Two Harbers. Hamp-Sill also won the long jump with a leap of 21' 0.25", while Kashmark finished with 20' 5.75" to finish ninth.
