Gridiron Alumni football seeking registrations

A program called Gridiron Alumni is interested in getting former football players together from the Alexandria, Osakis and Brandon-Evansville area in an attempt to bring alumni games to the area and raise money for charity in the process.

Gridiron Alumni started in 2010 and league founder Chris Hall said the games have raised more than $250,000 for schools and charities during that time by using alumni football games as a fundraising vehicle. Gridiron Alumni travels the country pitting old rivals against each other.

Former players from the area are invited to register and play. The first 40 players on each team assure their spot on the roster. The team that gets 30 people registered first gets home field advantage.
