Were you among the hundreds of people at Viking Plaza on Saturday?

The 20th annual Lifestyles Expo was a huge success, according to event organizers Echo Press employees Karen Jennissen and Jamie Kakach.

There were about 60 vendors and exhibitors, with everything from pianos and purses to organic farming and senior services, lining the mall and offering information, discounts and prizes.

Live entertainment was definitely a crowd pleaser. The always popular Tina and Lena performed along with Just For Kix dancers, Schutz Taekwondo students and Alexandria Men’s Chorus.

“Overall, I felt the event was a total success,” Kakach said. “The mall was packed from start to finish and I heard the parking lot looked like it was Black Friday; not an empty spot to be found.”

Jennissen added, “I really enjoyed the great energy at the Lifestyles Expo event. The exhibitors all had great information and products to share with attendees of the event.”

The Echo Press’ 20th annual Lifestyles Expo was co-sponsored by Pete’s County Market and Viking Plaza.
