NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I have received a certified copy of a Judgment dated and entered in the above-entitled action on June 5, 2014, in part awarding a judgment in favor of the plaintiff, and against the defendants, Roob Construction, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, and Victor A. Roob, in the amount of $117,943.91, and relating to a Mortgage from the defendant, Roob Construction, Inc., to the plaintiff, dated February 17, 2004, and recorded in the office of the County Recorder for Douglas County, Minnesota, on February 19, 2004, as Document No. 253084, in the original amount of $275,000.00.

Notice is further given that by virtue of said Judgment, I, the Sheriff of Douglas County, Minnesota, will sell, at public auction, to the highest bidder, for cash, on the 15th day of August, 2014, at 10:00 a.m. and thereafter until sold, at the Douglas County Sheriff's Office at 216 Seventh Avenue West, in the City of Alexandria, Minnesota, the real estate parcels described in said Judgment, to-wit:

PARCEL ONE: Lot 1, Block One, ROOB ESTATES, according to the duly recorded plat thereof of record and of file with the County Recorder for Douglas County, Minnesota.

PARCEL TWO: Lot 2, Block One, ROOB ESTATES, according to the duly recorded plat thereof of record and of file with the County Recorder for Douglas County, Minnesota.

PARCEL THREE: Lot 3, Block One, ROOB ESTATES, according to the duly recorded plat thereof of record and of file with the County Recorder for Douglas County, Minnesota.

PARCEL FOUR: Lot 4, Block One, ROOB ESTATES, according to the duly recorded plat thereof of record and of file with the County Recorder for Douglas County, Minnesota.

PARCEL FIVE: Lot 5, Block One, ROOB ESTATES, according to the duly recorded plat thereof of record and of file with the County Recorder for Douglas County, Minnesota.

PARCEL SIX: Lot 6, Block One, ROOB ESTATES, according to the duly recorded plat thereof of record and of file with the County Recorder for Douglas County, Minnesota.

PARCEL SEVEN: Lot 7, Block One, ROOB ESTATES, according to the duly recorded plat thereof of record and of file with the County Recorder for Douglas County, Minnesota.

PARCEL EIGHT: Lot 1, Block Two, ROOB ESTATES, according to the duly recorded plat thereof of record and of file with the County Recorder for Douglas County, Minnesota.

PARCEL NINE: Lot 2, Block Two, ROOB ESTATES, according to the duly recorded plat thereof of record and of file with the County Recorder for Douglas County, Minnesota.

PARCEL TEN: Lot 3, Block Two, ROOB ESTATES, according to the duly recorded plat thereof of record and of file with the County Recorder for Douglas County, Minnesota.

(Property)

The proceeds of such sale will be applied, by virtue of said Judgment, to the costs and disbursements related to such sale, and then to payment of the Judgment amount as set forth above, plus interest thereon to the date of sale.
