Sanford Health plans expansion in Alexandria

Sanford Health in Alexandria plans to expand its services and open a second clinic

location here on January 6, 2014.

Sanford Health Easton Place Clinic will be located at 510 22nd

East, Suite 602. Services offered at the additional location will include: allergy and asthma,

pediatric cardiology, podiatry, and sleep medicine, including overnight suites for sleep studies.

Since January 2012, Sanford Health in Alexandria has added 12 specialties and 16 caregivers in

order to better serve patients and the community, according to the company. New specialties and caregivers include:

allergy and asthma, cardiology, neurosurgery, pediatrics, pediatric cardiology, psychology,

pulmonology, reproductive endocrinology, sleep medicine, urology, vascular surgery and weight loss

surgery.

Other new services include the development of a walk-in clinic, hypnobirthing classes,

international travel medicine, and 4D ultrasound. In July 2014, Sanford Health plans to add ENT and audiology services in Alexandria, which will also be located at the new clinic site.

the needs of patients and working to bring additional medical specialties to our community,

ensuring patients have easy access to many areas of healthcare close to home.”
