Rollover closes westbound lanes on I-94 near Garfield
A semi rollover west of Alexandria closed the westbound lanes on Interstate 94 for about three hours this morning.
Casey Wagner, 37, of Fargo was driving the semi, with a double trailer, west near mile marker 97 at about 5 a.m. when he lost control of the vehicle and it went off the road, according to the State Patrol. The semi went into the median and rolled, coming to rest on its side.
Wagner, who was wearing a seat belt, was taken to the Douglas County Hospital for non-life threatening injuries. Westbound traffic was re-routed off I-94 at exit 97, the Garfield/Highway 114 exchange. The lanes reopened by 8:30 a.m.
The Douglas County Sheriff's Office assisted at the scene.
