Derby organizer Brian Vangsness had to avoid getting hit by a club as he blindfolded Deephaven's Max Gardiner on the No. 3 tee box. Gardiner would go on to win the derby on the fourth hole.2 / 2

And you thought the Resorters Golf Tournament was only about golf! Celebrity sightings, blind golf club swinging and twirling baseball bats have all been part of the festivities at the Alexandria Golf Club as it hosts the 88th annual event that also features nearly 300 competitive golfers in six divisions. Spectators are invited to head out to AGC and check out all the action. Match play continues through Saturday.
