Duhamel traveled last fall to Carnegie Weill Recital Hall in New York City with the ensemble Peripherie, of which she is a founding member.

In 2009, Duhamel was appointed head of keyboard studies at the University of Minnesota, Morris.
Duhamel is currently at work on her dissertation on the Nocturnes of American composer Lowell Liebermann. She was awarded a University of Minnesota Imagine Fund grant to record these pieces in 2013. She will also perform the Liebermann Nocturnes at her upcoming concert.
