Predatory offender moving to Alexandria

Calvin Maurice Larkins Jr., a Level 3 Predatory Offender, will move into Alexandria Monday, February 10.

The Alexandria Police Department (APD) reported that Larkins, 21, will be released from a correctional facility Monday and move to the 500 block of Third Avenue West in Alexandria.

Larkins is black with brown eyes and black hair; he is 5'6", weighs 142 pounds and has a slender build.

Larkins has a history of sexual conduct and contact with minor male and female victims. Conduct has reportedly included indecent exposure and contact including fondling and penetration. The offender was known to the victims.
