Central Square will present Tip Toe Through the '60s: Songs and Stories from a Revolutionary Decade, written and performed by Minnesota singer Prudence Johnson and pianist Dan Chouinard.
The performance is a musical history tour of the 1960s, with photo images from the period and a historical narrative woven through songs and music.
Besides many sing-along moments, the audience is invited to get involved by submitting their own stories or song ideas in advance to www.tiptoethroughthe60s.com for possible inclusion in the show.
The performance will be presented in the Historic Auditorium of Central Square in Glenwood on Friday, August 17 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $5 for students. General admission tickets will be available at the door.
