Nine months after Diane Fortenberry was killed in her rural Osakis home, the murder suspect who pleaded guilty was scheduled to be sentenced next week.

Jeffrey Allan Brooks, of Alexandria, was scheduled to be sentenced in Todd County District County Monday, February 13.

Brooks pleaded guilty to the Fortenberry murder in November.
