New kind of paperwork
Deb Parrott, of Widseth, Smith, Nolting in Alexandria, visited a 5th grade classroom at Minnewaska recently. She explained the work of an architect, discussing design with rules or parameters. The students had an opportunity to do a design, and then learned about origami. They were instructed how to fold the paper into several different shapes.
