Neighborhood Bible study set

Headwaters Fellowship will host a neighborhood Bible study at The LakeHouse, near Alexandria, from 7 to 9 p.m. each Tuesday beginning May 18.

The study, called "Loving God and Loving Your Neighbor," will feature music, free refreshments, healthy snacks, Bibles and an informational handout relating to the study of the Gospel of John.

"We are relatively new to this community and have fallen in love with everything about Douglas County and the beautiful towns that comprise the region," said Father Gary DeSha, founder of Headwaters Fellowship. "This is just our way of reaching out to the community by offering something new and different to non-Christians and Christians who may not be satisfied with their current spiritual life or relationships. We really love this community and want to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with the lost, hurting, and any disillusioned Christian."
