Mural artist Paul Oman to perform at two local venues

Paul Oman paints using watercolor and acrylic with the mission to touch hearts and transform lives through the creative use of visual arts. Paul Oman, a mural artist proficient in watercolor and acrylic, will perform/

paint his murals on July 20 at 7 p.m. at St. Luke’s Lutheran in Garfield A free will offering will be accepted. Refreshments and fellowship will follow the presentation.

Oman will also perform on Saturday, July 12 and Monday, July 21 at 7 p.m. at the Mount Carmel Ministries chapel. The public is welcome to attend.

On July 12, he will perform with guest musician Brian Spahr to kick off the Encountering the Living Word mini week. Camp is Saturday through Tuesday, July 12-15.

On July 21, he will perform with guest preacher Dani Jo Ninke as part of the Something to Believe In: Word and Sacraments week. Camp is Saturday through Friday, July 19-25.

Oman shares his “Drawn to the Word” artistic ministry with congregations, conventions, retreats, camps, seminaries, colleges and other gatherings ecumenically across the country. He most recently served as pastor of Trinity Lutheran Church of Birchwood, Wisconsin.

Oman’s mission is to touch hearts and transform lives through the creative use of visual arts.
