Six hundred and twenty-seven years of service to Alexandria School District 206's educational community were commended at the annual retirement dinner held on Thursday, May 17 at the Holiday Inn in Alexandria. The retirees worked in almost every capacity within the school system.

Superintendent of Schools, Dr. Terry Quist, welcomed the crowd and thanked the retirees for their dedication and

commitment to their

profession. Education Minnesota Alexandria President Joyce Engel and school board members Dr. Dean Anderson and Dave Anderson further recognized each retiree and wished them well.
