Letter carriers seek to 'stamp out hunger'
Local members of the National Association of Letter Carriers are hosting a Stamp Out Hunger food drive on Saturday, May 11.
Postal customers are asked to collect and bag non-perishable food items. They can then place the items by their mailbox for letter carriers to deliver to a local food bank or pantry.
Non-perishable food items include canned meats, fish, soup, juice, vegetables, pasta, cereal and rice.
Do not include items that have expired or are in glass containers.
