The Lake Mary Troopers 4-H Club participated in a 4-H community pride project in May. They planted vegetables and flowers at Nordic Meadows Apartment Complex in Alexandria, a living facility for young adults with disabilities. Along with the annual planting, the 4-H members built a new planter for vegetables that is wheelchair accessible and also planted three apple trees at the complex.
