The Alexandria Area Economic Development Commission and the Alexandria Technical and Community College (ATCC) Customized Training Center are offering a business startup Entrepreneur Boot Camp.
The class will be held Thursday, September 16 at the ATCC Customized Training Center from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Local professionals will present and address questions on topics including: business structure, business start-up challenges, location selection, small business financing and lending, accounting 101, creating and evaluating cash flow projections, insurance for the small business, and others.
Each of these topics has been specifically cited as an area of key importance by small business owners and entrepreneurs who have participated in past trainings locally.
This training is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is interested in learning more about what it takes to start a small business, entrepreneurs in the process of starting a business, and small business owners looking for direction on how to successfully grow their businesses.
