She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

Jennifer is survived by her siblings, Kathleen, Susan, Courtney and Barbara; many nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews; the residents of the Hawley Group Home; family friend Chom Le Magneson; and all of Jennifers caregivers.

Jennifer lived with her family until the age of 5 when she moved to Cambridge and eventually to Hawley. Jennifer moved into her current home with CCRI on November 9, 1984, where she lived for nearly 30 years. She was raised in the Lutheran faith.

Jennifer enjoyed working for many years at Heartland Industries of Moorhead.

Jennifer loved her family, which extended to the residents and caregivers at the Hawley Group Home. She was a fun-loving, joyful person and had a spunk to her that is matched by no one. Jennifer loved many things; singing, listening to music, helping with craft projects and going to musical plays.

One of Jennifers biggest joys was to look beautiful. She loved to go shopping for new clothes and costume jewelry, getting her hair done, having her fingernails painted and putting on some makeup. She was a true fashionista!

Jennifer loved animals and kids; they were all her "babies"! Jennifer had some great adventures, she loved going to Camp HERO, Wisconsin Dells, and Nashville. Jennifers fun-loving, vivacious personality will be truly missed.

A private memorial service is planned. Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Alexandria.

Arrangements are with Anderson Funeral Home in Alexandria; www.andersonfuneral.net.
