Free tickets available Anglers can earn a free ticket to this year’s ice fishing challenge by helping drill holes on Friday afternoon.
Be one of the first 20 people to bring an auger and get a free ticket ($35 value) to Saturday’s tournament. Those who don’t have an auger can still help drill holes and get their name in a drawing to win one of 10 IFC tickets to be given away.
Drilling starts at noon on Friday, February 7 on the ice where the tournament perimeter is set up in front of Krueger’s Creek access on Lake L’Homme Dieu. Free lunch and beverages will be provided for all hole-drilling volunteers, along with the prize drawing to follow.
