Holiday Train stops in Alexandria
Alexandria was once again been selected as a stop in the Canadian Pacific's "Holiday Train" tour.
The Holiday Train - a magical train of lights - rolled into Alexandria on Monday, December 15 at about 1 p.m. As was the case last year, it stopped at the 8th Avenue East railroad crossing by Hubbard Feed Mill at 8th and Nokomis Street.
For the 10th straight year, the Holiday Train collected food and money, as well as raised awareness in the fight against hunger.
