Today wrapped up the 30th anniversary of the Rose City Threshing and Heritage Festival. An assortment of vintage farming and other motor-driven equipment was displayed on the showgrounds. The drizzly weather deterred crowds Sunday morning, but as the sky brightened more people turned out to take a look around.
