Habitat for Humanity seeks family mentors
Habitat for Humanity of Douglas County (HFHDC) will host an open house to recruit volunteer family mentors.
Three informational sessions are planned for individuals or couples interested in volunteering for this role as Habitat builds hope, homes and community in Douglas County.
Habitat leaders encourage residents to recruit a co-worker, neighbor, fellow church member or friend and join a session to hear about great experiences, stories, fellowship and answer questions.
Three sessions are scheduled for Thursday, November 18 - 12:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. They will take place at 911 State Highway 29 North, Suite 200. Call Julie to reserve a spot at (320) 762-4255 or send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
