Glenwood woman injured in Highway 29 crash

A Glenwood woman suffered minor injuries in a one-vehicle crash Thursday night.

Sherice Cooley, 44, was driving a 2001 Hyundai on Highway 29 South near County Road 4 south of Alexandria at about 10:15 p.m. when it left the road and went into a ditch, according to the State Patrol.

Cooley, who was wearing a seatbelt, was taken by North Ambulance to the Douglas County Hospital where she was treated and released.

The Douglas County Sheriff's Office and the Forada Fire Department assisted at the scene.
