Girls' basketball: Parkers Prairie takes down Bertha-Hewitt

The Parkers Prairie girls' basketball team passed its first test of the season on Tuesday night with a 56-45 win over Bertha-Hewitt.

The Panthers had just four players score on the night but three of those finished in double figures. Micaela Noga led the way with 22, including 13 in the first half as Parkers Prairie held a narrow three-point lead at the break.

Madison Dorn came alive in the second half. She scored 15 of her 19 points after the break to help her team pull away. Ally Taylor finished with a double-double with 14 points and 13 rebounds.
