Fire engulfs Long Lake Lodge

Long Lake Lodge, south of Brandon, in Douglas County was fully engulfed by fire late Sunday night.

According to the Douglas County Sheriff's Office (DCSO), at 10:50 p.m., a large fire was reported at the lodge, which is used for wedding receptions, community events and hunting activities. Firefighters from Brandon, Garfield, Evansville and Kensington arrived on scene to the lodge fully engulfed in fire.
