Fire destroys Kensington home

A rural Kensington home was destroyed by fire Saturday night.

At 10 p.m., Kensington and Hoffman fire departments were called to 23218 County Road 99 Southwest.


Nathan Charles Long is the homeowner.

According to law enforcement, no one was inside the residence at the time of the fire.

The home was a total loss. A vehicle parked near the house was also damaged.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
