Looking for a new workout? Community Education has a few to offer: Pilates and zumba.
Learn natural movements of the body using slow and controlled movements in Introduction to Pilates. This class will focus on core strength to strengthen the back, as well as flexibility, posture and balance. Bring a towel and a mat if you have one.
Instructor Britta Duffy-Buckner is a wellness instructor and trainer.
