Paddleboarding is an excellent form of exercise that engages every muscle from the tip of your toes to the top of your head. Paddleboarding is also unmatched in its ability to allow you to approach wildlife undetected.
So, park leaders say, whether you're into getting some good exercise or you'd like to come out and take in some nature from on top of the lake, come out and join the event.
It will begin on Saturday, July 13 at 2 p.m. The Friends of the Glacial Lakes State Park will also be serving grilled turkey burgers from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
