Early bird rates end December 28 for organic conference
Early registrations for the reduced registration rate for the 2014 Minnesota Organic Conference must be postmarked by Saturday, December 28 to qualify for the discount.
The conference will be held Friday and Saturday, January 10-11 at the River’s Edge Convention Center in St. Cloud.
Certified organic farmers, producers who are considering organic, and those interested in learning more about organic production techniques are invited to attend.
The conference will feature two keynote speakers and 36 breakout sessions, along with more than 80 trade show vendors. New this year will be a “Legal Corner” staffed by volunteer attorneys who will visit with attendees in a one-to-one setting.
Participants can also enjoy snacks and meals prepared with organic and locally grown foods specially sourced from Minnesota and its neighboring states.
Whether interested in soil biology, weed management, season extension, livestock production, marketing, licensing rules, or insect and disease control, this conference has a lot to offer.
Early bird registration saves $25 off the cost of the two-day conference, and there are extra discounts for additional people attending with the same organization.
