A child must be 5 years old by September 1 to enter kindergarten.

All Day Every Day kindergarten is provided for all kindergarten students in District 206. This program is free and is offered at all six District 206 elementary schools: Carlos, Garfield, Lincoln, Miltona, Voyager and Woodland.

Each school will host kindergarten registration/information meetings for parents at their child’s assigned school.

Presentations are planned at each of the sites, and registration and other materials will be available to parents. Kindergarten eligible children do not need to attend this meeting. They will be invited to other planned activities prior to the start of school.
