Discovery Middle School math league team finishes season in second

The Discovery Middle School (DMS) Junior High Math League recently completed its 2013-14 season. Discovery red took second place out of eight teams in the West Central Division.

CJ Schlosser took first place with a score of 106, and Wil Kopp placed second with a score of 102.

Students who were involved included Schlosser, Kopp, Luke Tollefson, Bruce Navratil, Jon Hubred, Allison O’Kane, Kaitlyn Meece, Lauren Russell, Evan Lattimer, Christopher Bienusa, Olivia Kopp, Chloe Schneider, Noah Struck, Brooke Bitzan, Dakota Zollner, Ethan Andereasen, Nathan Eck, Joslyn Kent, Jadrian Thompson, Makia Krippner, Luke Levasseur, Justin Balcome, Megan VanGaal, Bryce Claussen, Kaylee Wiegel, Parker Olson, Ryan Swanberg, Erik Dennie, Joey Steidl, Georgia Lussenhop, Maria Nissen, Paul Schwartz, Keilani Kavanagh, Culley Lendgaard and Colin Barten.

The 7th and 8th grade team competes in five meets from September to the end of January.
