‘The Current’ to show in Alexandria February 16

The faith-based feature film The Current will be screened locally on Sunday, February 16 at 3 p.m. at Midway Cinema 9. 

The Current is described as a family-friendly, Christian, faith-based feature film.

The movie’s screenwriter and producer is Minnesotan Scott Peterson; his sister, Pam Lucas, is a longtime Alexandria resident, and she was instrumental in bringing the movie to town.

Lucas noted that the film has a strong message of faith and hope that she is excited to bring to the community.

Peterson and his wife, Diane, will be at the Alexandria screening for a meet-and-greet with movie-goers.
