Court date set for metal theft case in Osakis

A court date in the felony theft case against Cory Thomas Perry, 18, of Osakis, has been set for Monday, December 3, according to Osakis Police Officer Calvin Uhl.


Perry is charged with theft and receiving stolen property.

According to the criminal complaint, on September 19, staff at Integrated Manufacturing in Osakis reported that 10 to 12 barrels of scrap metal shavings, worth approximately $500, were stolen from the company's collection container.
