A crowd of more than 700 turned out for the Taste of Home Cooking School hosted by the Echo Press at the Lake Geneva Christian Center Tuesday. After browsing through more than 30 vendor booths, attendees watched live cooking demonstrations with Taste of Home Culinary Specialist Karen Davis. Here she put the finishing touches on a German chocolate cake. The event was sponsored by Elden’s Fresh Foods and co-sponsored by Cullen’s Home Center, Karrow Jewelers and Conlin’s Furniture.

Al Edenloff
Al Edenloff is the news and opinion page editor for the Echo Press. He was born in Alexandria and lived most of his childhood in Parkers Prairie. He graduated with honors from Moorhead State University with a degree in mass communications, print journalism.
