The Ashby boys’ basketball team won a close 62-61 game Tuesday over Ortonville for its third straight victory this season.

The Arrows’ defense played an important role in the win by taking 17 steals.

“We knew coming into tonight that Ortonville was a good team with a lot of weapons,” head coach Jeremy Knick said. “We knew our defense was going to have to come up big, which it did.”
