Class offered on how to protect rental property
Minnesota Multi Housing Association (MHA) is offering a class in Alexandria on Drugs and Thugs: How to protect your rental property.
Would you recognize the signs of drugs, prostitution, gang activity or other red flags? What things can you do in your rental communities to minimize crime and make your properties a safer place to live.
The class is being held at Douglas County Library on Thursday, February 20 from 1 to 4 p.m. Cost is $45 for MHA members and $65 for non-members.
