The lessons are based on the sayings of Jesus, “Come to me all who are weary and heavy-laden and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

These talks are designed for those who have listened to sermons, read books, prayed and yet find that “trying harder” only results in heavier burdens.

This series seeks to help participants experience the rest and freedom Jesus offers. It will focus on the teachings of Jesus that focus on how to find freedom and rest for the soul.

Bjorklund serves as president of The Regeneration Center in Alexandria, a non-denomina- tional Christian organization.

Its mission is to bring healing to the broken-hearted and freedom to those who are trapped in addictive, compulsive and destructive behavior.

Celebrate Recovery is a joint program of Catalyst and Covenant Churches, offering freedom from addictive, compulsive and dysfunctional behaviors, as well as support for family members.
