Cards snap three-game skid
The Cardinal girls’ hockey team snapped a three-game losing streak in dominant fashion as Alexandria downed Brainerd-Little Falls 6-0 on Tuesday night.
McKenzie Revering scored just 18 seconds into the game and the Cardinals never looked back from there. Sam Klimek connected on a rebound goal later in the first with the second assist of the night going to Melissa Drown along with the first for Lauren Niska.
The second period saw Niska get a goal of her own.
