Brandon-Evansville football opens season with win

The Brandon-Evansville football team stayed true to its traditional run-based offense in a 20-8 win on the season's opening night last Friday at home against Hillcrest Academy.

The Chargers rushed for 233 yards on 58 attempts, including a 150-yard performance by James Huisman. With numbers like that, head coach Tim Pattrin was satisfied with the Chargers' offense on Friday.
