Brad Lambrecht, high school and elementary orchestra director for Alexandria School District 206, was recently featured on Minnesota Public Radio’s (MPR) Teacher Feature.

The new public radio feature highlights the lives and work of music teachers throughout Minnesota.

Lambrecht is a graduate of Valley City State University in Valley City, North Dakota where he studied French horn, voice, organ and cello.

Besides serving as co-director of the district’s 5th and 6th grade orchestra and the director of the Jefferson High School orchestra, he also directs the Central Lakes Symphony Orchestra, a regional orchestra with about 60 members.
