Dispatch received a report about a man dangling by his feet from a rope near County Road 42 NE, Alexandria. The man had been hired to cut down trees. A deputy helped get him down. He refused medical treatment.
A red State Farm Insurance key ring with one key attached was found by the can collection trailer in the Pete’s County Market lot.
A resident on North McKay Avenue reported finding a small baggie containing four pills in her yard. Police identified the pills as oxycodone and placed them in evidence.
At 10:41 p.m., a caller reported seeing a white male break into his van at the VFW and steal property. Officers responded, located the suspect and arrested him.
An intoxicated person broke a front window by the front entrance door at an apartment complex on 20th Avenue West. The man was arrested and charged with gross misdemeanor criminal damage to property.
Someone left their identification on the copy machine at the Douglas County Library. Officers were unable to locate the owner so the ID was placed into found property.
